Financial Risk Management of Real Estate Enterprises under New Environment

With the continuous increasing of house' price, housing bubble which is harm for the healthy and sustainable development of real estate market appears day by day. Therefore, Chinese government had set up a series of policies in order to control the high prices of houses since April 2010. Real estate enterprises will be faced with more severe financial risk under such a new environment, so how to avoid possible financial problems which real estate enterprises may meet becomes an important thing now. This paper started from the current situation of real estate market, concluded some forms of financial risk, analyzed the problems existing in real estate enterprises' financial risk management and then discussed the reasons. It offered responsive suggestions to enforce financial risk management and avoid financial risks for real estate enterprises.
