摘要

This paper briefly introduces chloride chlorination process engineering and analyzes its risk. On the basis of practical investigation and study on large numbers of chemical enterprises involved in chloride chlorination process and combining with a lot of chemical safety experts' practical experiences, safety control methods on devices of liquid chlorine cylinder weighing, liquid chlorine gasification, chlorine buffering, chlorination action and accident chlorine absorption are proposed according to its dangerousness. The liquid chlorine cylinder is weighed and auto alarmed by the liquid chlorine cylinder weighing device. Liquid chlorine gasification device uses a coil vaporizer and setting an auto control valve at the steam input side and a temperature display alarm device at the hot water side to make interlocking control. An over-pressure alarm and safety valve are adopted in the chlorine buffering. The automatic control valve, flow controller, over-pressure alarm, over-temperature alarm and over-current alarm are set for interlocking control in the chlorination reaction device.
