Research on Enterprise Health Status

摘要

This paper firstly sorts out and evaluates research results at home and abroad related with enterprise health, and than cite the definition of world health assembly to human health to define the concept of enterprise health the enterprise health not only refers to the absence of disease and disease symptom but also the enterprise's own production and management processes are stable and normal (healthy in physical), the core values and operating philosophy of the enterprise is healthy (healthy in mental), while the relations between the enterprise and all stakeholders show harmonious status (harmonious relations). Further it discusses the leveling of enterprise health status. The enterprise health status in this research are divided into five levels including healthy, subhealthy, moderately sick, severely sick (crisis status) and death (bankruptcy), and the 4 levels sub-health, sick, severely sick (crisis status), death (bankruptcy) belong to an unhealthy status. In the end, it presents the evaluation structure of enterprise health state. The evaluation on the health status of the enterprise should to be conducted from 3 levels comprehensively, physical health, mental health harmony for relation. Meanwhile, the typical sick eases which may occur in the enterprise need to be screened and inspected, that is screening and diagnosis for corporate typical disease.
