A Comparative Study of SME Cluster Growing Between Zhejiang and Jiangxi

After 30 years of reform and opening up, industrial clusters have emerged in many places in China. Industry cluster is conducive to the spread and application of technology, information and new ideas among the community, and promote SME development, improve the total economic output, creates employment, increase tax revenue, and promote the development of the service sector in the region, which is an important mode of local economic growth. Industrial clusters exists considerable differences between the underdeveloped Midwest regions and the developed coastal areas in China. Comparative analysis of industrial clusters in Jiangxi and Zhejiang concluded: Industry clusters can generate strong economic activity, is an effective way for SME development and a source of regional competitive advantage; We must promote the formation of industrial clusters of SMEs through the establishment of a flexible market operation mechanism, advocacy of joint venture concept, development of diversified financing channels, to achieve regional economic growth.
