The formation of buyers' market, the diversification of business and consumer's demand, personalization and the entering of foreign largescale retailing companies make the retailing enterprises awarded that the improvement of service innovation has became an inevitable choice. The article introduces how to engage the service innovation and how to succeed in the fierce competition in post crisis era, taking Zibo Commercial Shopping as one of the famous hundred retailing enterprises, which may be a good referential example to other store retailers.
