Research on Sustainable Development of Ice Snow Sport Equipment in China

摘要

On the basis of document and interviewing, this paper made an investigation of the (Black Dragon Sport Equipment Plant) the Chinese largest ice & snow equipment factory. Although the general situation of the BDSEP is satisfactory, some problems still exist, such as shortage of financial resource and talents in management and techniques, single product economy the single set-up of production, poor technological awareness and ability for innovation, weakness in sustainable development concept. After analyzing these reasons, the paper gives some relevant advice as follows:
