In this paper, the design and making process of textile reinforced composite (TRTC) applied on pipeline rehabilitation technology is described. It's weaving technology, film pressure technology and resin impregnation technology is also introduced. The basic properties of TRTC are tested and analyzed. The results meet the requirements of the standard of American material and test. For the thickness, Grey theory is adopted to analyze the test results. GM (1, 2) grey forecast model is established. Through the thickness of rigid textile liner, liner, the model can confirm and forecast the thickness of tubing fabric, which is significant to guide research and application in the future.
