Object Oriented Design Management

摘要

Progress on a concept for managing the design process at the desk top level is presented. The concept is intended to facilitate: planning, communication, and outcome consistency. This is accomplished through a product development protocol which is a pre-defined template of the tasks, deliverables, tools, and communication links employed during design. This protocol is implemented through a windows-like project management overlay on each designer's work-bench.
