DESIGN OF SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR BANQIAO RESERVOIR REINFORCEMENT PROJECT

The Banqiao reservoir in Henan province has been safely operated for more than 20 years since its completion of the reconstruction project in 1993.In recent years there are many security risks in the reservoir,and the reservoir is facing the reinforcement.After many years of application of the safety monitoring system,the instruments were damaged greater,and the measured value is abnormal.The system is badly in need of the renovation.The design of the safety monitoring according to reviewing the original design drawings and the instruments on-site inspection proposed reliability assessment.In the design,select the focus of safety monitoring on the earth dam and the concrete overflow dam as key parts.In the earth dam,set in surface deformation observation,dam body phreatic line monitoring,dam foundation seepage water pressure monitoring and by-pass seepage monitoring projects.In the concrete overflow dam,set in displacement observation,dam foundation uplift pressure monitoring,dam foundation leakage monitoring and face slab for water retaining joint opening monitoring projects.In order to achieve the real-time automatic collection and ensure the quality of the construction and the safety of the main works in the construction and operation,the automatic system uses the intelligent distributed security monitoring system to realize the automatic monitoring.
