POLE PLACEMENT AND STATE OBSERVER FOR LINEAR TIME-VARYING DISCRETE MULTI-VARIABLE SYSTEMS

In this paper, a new design method of pole placement forrnlinear time-varying multivariable discrete systems is considered.rnUsing the concept of relative degrees of the system,rnwe propose a simple design procedure to derive thernpole placement state feedback gain without transformingrnthe system into any canonical form.
