DRYING OF FOOD PRODUCTS IN A NEW APPARATUS WITH FLUID-BED

An original method of solid particles surface coating with liquid phase at contact withrnliquid lamina in fluid-bed is offered.rnThe results of research of drying processes and granulation of liquid products with newrnmethod of liquid phase coating is presented.rnThe industrial apparatus for drying and granulation of thermolabile products with productivityrnover 500 kg per hour by evaporated moisture is developed. Test results and resultsrnof industrial use are given.
