摘要

The PU leather waste is composed of colloid and base cloth.The combustion performances of the components of PU leather waste were firstly studied on a thermo-balance.Secondly, the influence of PU leather waste components ratio on the combustion characteristic of their mixtures was investigated.The experimental results showed that the ignition temperature of colloid was lower than that of base cloth, while the burn-out temperature of colloid was higher than that of base cloth which indicates that the colloid component of PU leather waste was flammable but difficult to burn-out.The ignition and burn-out characteristics of the mixture of colloid and base cloth were close to the base cloth when more base cloth contented.The ignition temperature of the mixture of colloid and base cloth decreased and the burn-out temperature increased with the increasing contents of colloid.The reaction activation energies of combustion were obtained by Coats-Redfern method.The reaction activation energy of PU leather waste decreased with the increasing contents of base cloth.The combustibility index S of the PU leather waste increased with the increasing contents of the base cloth which indicated the comprehensive combustion performance was improved by increasing the contents of base cloth in PU leather waste.
