摘要

Gasification is one of the key technologies for the high efficiency and clean use of coal resources.Fluidized bed gasification has attracted considerable interest worldwide.In this work, Shenmu bituminous coal was gasified in a 5 t/d circulating fluidized bed gasifier to investigate the effect of gasification agents on operating properties and gas distribution.Experimental results show that there is a significant variation in the composition of the produced gas.When air is used as gasification agent, the average concentration of H2, CO, CH4 and CO2is about 10.53 vol.%, 16.18 vol.%, 1.03 vol.%, and 9.59 vol.% respectively.At the same air/coal ratio conditions, adding steam to the gasifier can decrease the concentration of CO, and increase the concentration of H2, CH4 and CO2.In addition, compared with air gasification, air-steam co-gasification can raise the gas calorific value.
