DISCRETE STATES IN ORGANIC SUBSTANCES

摘要

New theory of the thermally stimulated current utilizing the fundamental elenent and its application are reported. With no this original theory, discrete states especially in organic substances and their interesting relation to the conduction mechanism can never be discussed. The theoretical bases making these detail discussion possible are reported in this conference.
