The study of electronic conducting polymer continues to receive much interest (1). This is due to their potential widespread applications in various fields such as sensors (2), electronic devices (3), photovoltaics (4) and micro-actuators (5). The electrochemical deposition of conducting polymer, CP, has been commonly considered to design modified electrodes (6,7). For example, the electropolymerization of aniline leading to the formation of polyaniline (PANI) film has been extensively studied (8,9,10,11). Electrochemical techniques were extensively used to perform and characterize the polymerization of the conducting polymer ( 12 ). However to achieve direct characterization, the substrate has to be a conducting material or at least a semi-conductor.
