摘要

Thermal management is an important part during the development of power electronic systems. Electro-rnthermal simulation is required at the system level in order to ensure the fulfilment of thermal requirements,rnwhich strongly influence the performance, reliability and yield. The main modelling issue isrnto obtain a compact but accurate thermal model needed for the system level simulation. We suggestrnan efficient methodology based on modern mathematical algorithms of model order reduction (MOR)rnand demonstrate the approach on an IGBT converter model.
