The Research of Constitutive Equation of MR Fluids

摘要

Based on the Maxwell model, the visco-plastic behavior of magnetorheological fluids is discussed by a simple mechanical model. Then a new constitutive model is developed. The results of experiments show that the constitutive model can explain the mechanical properties of the magnetorheological fluids.
