Organizations spend a large amount of capital, inrnterms of both funding and manpower, to developrnmetrics, which are then used to help draft and executernstrategy, manage operations, and allocate budgets.rnThis research will identify the difference, if any,rnbetween the specific metrics utilized by the mostrnsuccessful government organizations versus thosernused by the general population. This study will alsornanalyze the metrics to ascertain if there are any easilyrncategorized types of metrics. The final results of thisrnresearch could provide a common metrics frameworkrnthat would enable organizations to developrnmeaningful metrics more effectively and efficiently.
