Analytical study on thermomagnetic writing properties of BiGa:DyIG films with bilayer structure

Abstract: An analytical calculation is applied for temperature distribution in a garnet disk with bilayer structure. An optimized structure is designed to lower the writing power and obtain good read- out performance and the influence of writing conditions on temperature distribution is discussed. !8
