WORLDWIDE SOFTWARE INTRODUCTION - A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE OF AN ElEARNING TOOL

Together with the introduction of a new internal software in May 2001, the Corporate Customer Segment of the 'Zurich', supported by LearningOnline (Neuler, Germany), successfully introduced a E-learning tool in February 2001, based on Lotus LearningSpace for the approx. 800 Users in 40 countries. The old software that got replaced was supported by classical classroom trainings by a central team in Zurich, trainings were held in Zurich and locally.
