摘要

The inverse problem of material constants identification of concrete dam and rock masses is formulated as an optimization problem, which is then solved by using genetic algorithm(GA). Based on the measured horizontal displacements of dam, the inversion procedure was proposed for determining the material constants of rock masses and concrete dam. To speed up the rate of convergence, the paper proposes a hybrid GA that combines the gradient descent technique. The practical application to Fcngman concrete dam shows that the parameter inversion approach proposed by the paper can obviously enhance the forecasting precision of dam deformation.
