Local Spray of 'Xiaoyang Powder' under Gastroscope for Treatment of Erosive Gastritis and Digestive Ulcer of 101 Cases

erosive gastritis and digestive ulcer is the damage to gastric mucosa and erosive gastrtis can develop into ulcer. Traditinal treatment takes 8 weeks for the cure and in clinic we have sprayed 'Xiaoyang Powder' under grastroscope for the treatment and the course of treatment is shortened , the rate of ralapse is reduced. 244 cases have been treated, and under gastroscope the ulcer is≥0.5cm, the ulcer of DU is≥0.3cm. The cases are treated in 3 groups, group A is treated by spray, group B is treated with Chinese medicine and antibiotics; and group C is treated by Leinitiding. The treatment is to put the powder in the duct and spray the powder directly on the diseased part. After 4 hours , the patients can take liquid food, and after 7-10 days , gastroscope examination is offered for furthur treatment for the patients who are not healed. As a result the curative rate of group A is 94.1%, 95/101; efficiency is 100%; curative rate of group B is 90.0%,99/110; efficiency 100%; curative rate of group C is 75.8%, 25/33,efficiency 93.9%, 31/33, 2 failure, P<0.01. The differences of the three groups are notable .The spray can guide the drug directly to the diseased part and the functions of Chinese drugs can clear heat and poison, astringing the wound and promote growth of new tissue and quick healing with no scar . Both of erosive gastritis and digestive ulcer shows the damage of gastric mucosa,and erosive gastritis can usually develop into ulcer if it is not treated properly in time. The traditional treatment need to take 8 weeks ,in clinic we have adopted the way of spraying Xiaoyang powder under gastroscope for the treatment , and the treating course is shortened, the rate of relapse is reduced.
