In order to analyze the testability of hierarchical system, a testability modeling and analysis method based on multi signal flow graph model is proposed. In this method, the hierarchical structure model of hierarchical system is established by using the multi signal flow graph model. When the testability analysis is carried out, the correlation model method is used to analyze the testability of the top-level model. When the hierarchical module cannot be distinguished from other modules Finally, a hierarchical filter amplifier circuit is used to verify the proposed method. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective for time-sharing The testability modeling and analysis of layered system is effective, which can make effective diagnosis strategy for layered system.
