In this paper, hypermesh software and ansys software are used to carry out finite element modeling and structural strength analysis of the longitudinal beam of the maglev vehicle. According to the actual situation, the load of eight working conditions is applied to the longitudinal beam, and the strength under each load is calculated. The calculation results show that the main part of the longitudinal beam meets the static strength requirement, and the stress is less than the material yield strength limit. However, the stress concentration is likely to occur at the bolt hole of the push rod bracket base. The problem of stress concentration can be improved by increasing the thickness of the plate and changing material.
