The change rule on the storage quality of wheat,corn and paddy which were stored at different temperatures with the storage time was studied in this paper under two kinds of storage ways.The three grains were divided into two groups in this experiment,one group was filled in controlled atomosphere storage with N2:place the grain in the container and seal the opening of the container with vaseline,then fill the container with nitrogen,make sure the nitrogen content in the container was above 98% and next seal the entry and exit stomatal; the other group was treated for conventional storage (placed in self-styled bags); each group of samples were placed in four chambers with constant temperature and humidity,which was set for relative humidity of 65% and temperature of 20 ℃,25 ℃,30 ℃,35 ℃ respectively,the storage time was 135 d and the samples were taken out to be determined for their quality change index.%研究了两种储藏方式下,在不同温度条件下储藏的小麦、玉米和稻谷的储藏品质随储藏时间的变化规律.试验中将这3种粮食都分成2组,一组进行充氮处理:将粮食放置于容器中,并将容器的开口处用凡士林密封,向容器中充入氮气,使容器中氮气含量达到98%以上,然后将进出气孔密封;另一组用于常规储藏(置于自封袋中即可);每组试样都分别放置在温度为20、25、30、35℃,相对湿度为65%的恒温恒湿箱内,储期135 d,每隔45 d分出样品测定其品质变化指标.
