摘要

Presently, the traditional software training of colleges and universities, which focuses on theory rather than practice, cannot catch up the rapid development of the software services outsourcing. From the software services outsourcing companies' point of view, and by using factor analysis method, the paper explores the various factors of software talent evaluation, and tries to analyze their relationships. Through the empirical study, the results show that graduates' basic quality and foreign language skills exert the greatest impact on software talent evaluation. This case study also provides direction and suggestions for the improvement of software training mode in colleges and universities.
