Some Thoughts on Constructing the Knowledge Management Systems in Real Estate Enterprises

Knowledge management system in real estate enterprises is a system that focusing on the creation,collection,codification and diffusion of the knowledge within real estate enterprises..The domestic real estate enterprises should constructing virtuous km environment of real estate enterprise and build KMS that could provide supports of multiple perspectives to support different users and different tasks,integrate different perspectives and could be helpful to the re-use of existing knowledge.Also,intuitive understanding should be provided to users by a KMS.The KMS should inchlude a language layer,a conceptual layer and a interface layer.The key technologies of establishing KMS include the network technology,object-oriented technology and the data base technology,the language of software development,the collaborative engineering technology,the knowledge push technology,the knowledge base and knowledge mining technology.
