Formal concept analysis is a theory of data analysis which identifies conceptual structures among data sets. The FCA method of formal data analysis has successfully been applied to many fields. There are several of algorithms of building concept lattice which have been developed. Generally the algorithms are divided into two main categories which we called batch construction and incremental construction. In this paper, the properties and concept lattice based on hierarchical constructure with dynamic data are discussed. According to the properties, a new algorithm is presented to construct the concept lattice and corresponding Hasse diagram.
