The Device for Diagnosing the Technical Condition of the Working Tool of the Executive Body of the Coal Combine

Describes the known direct and indirect methods of state diagnostics of the cutting tool. Given the factors influencing the energy intensity of destruction of coal shown the possibility of control of correctness and efficiency of the cutting tool of the working body of the coal combine by the parameter of energy intensity of destruction. Proposed to diagnose the technical condition of the working tool of the coal combine on the total wear of the tool augers, expressed in relative units. The installed dependences of the intensity of the destruction of the coal by the coal combine with a augers working tool from the productivity of work in case different relative wear of the cutters, allowing to determine the technical condition of the working tool from the actual measurement of the energy intensity of destruction in the process operation of the combine. Developed a device for diagnosing the technical condition of the working tool of the coal machines. As a result of applying the developed method and the device increases the reliability and performance of the coal combine by increasing the length of time its trouble-free operation and maximum sustainable the power of the electric drive.
