Email is one of the most convenient way of communicating formally. Everything has its own pros and cons, “Spamming” is one of the emerging problem due to increasing use of Email. Spam is an unwanted message or information that we receive through email. Need of spamming is to advertise through emails as it is a cheapest way for marketing or it is done to steal particular user's data by sending phishing mail. Spam waste time by making it impossible for people to distinguish between a spam and a relevant mail. In this paper we present a Statistical approach for combating web spamming using Fisher Technique. The computations for different methodologies are in fact invalid because of requiring a freedom of the data that isn't really present. This issue does not happen when utilizing the Fisher procedure on the grounds that the calculation doesn't rely upon the information being autonomous. The Fisher estimation is organized with the end goal that we are dismissing a null hypothesis that incorporates autonomy for one of the two elective theories that are important to us.
