In order to realize remote sensing monitoring in a large range as well as high-resolution imaging of important targets in a small part, a new dual-platform microwave staring correlated imaging (MSCI) scheme in cooperative-mode is proposed, which includes two MSCI processes. The first is only based on geostationary satellite platform with randomly radiating and synchronously receiving, which can achieve the low-resolution monitoring in a wide range to discover the important targets; The second is the collaboration based on both the geostationary satellite platform with randomly radiating and the aerostat platform with synchronously receiving in a wide space span, which can obtain the high-resolution imaging of the important targets in a small scene. Numerical simulations are performed to validate its effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
