Reflection compensation with all-dielectric metasurfaces

We present the theoretical results on reflection compensation with all-dielectric metasurface coatings. We utilise the ability of directional scattering by all-dielectric nanostructures to engineer the antireflective system based on an array of silicon nanospheres. The light scattering in the inverse Kerkrer regime allows light reflection compensation from high index substrates with refractive index up to 4-5.
