摘要

Non-invasive detection of diabetes mellitus is of paramount importance for continuous control of glucose levels and hyperglycemic states. In this paper we demonstrate a non-invasive technique based on mm-wave spectroscopy using either mathematical data techniques or using small-signal parameter extraction. We demonstrate that we can not only detect glycemic states in animal models, but also classify glycemic states of animals before they clearly exhibit diabetes mellitus. This is important for further studies on early diabetes mellitus detection in humans.
