The development of educational technology in the 'Internet +' era fully embodies the philosophy of life-long education, but also brought opportunities and challenges to the development of continuing education. This paper gives the definition of 'Internet +' continuing education and its characteristics, and expounds the influence of the 'Internet +' era on the continuing education under the traditional Internet age from the aspects of teaching environment, teacher-student relationship, teaching mode, management mode and education system, and finally combined with the relevant cases, this paper summed up the 'Internet +' continuing education trends, hoping to the future development of relevant policy mechanisms to provide a reference.
