摘要

This study explores IT use for planning, infrastructural, and operational activities in various business processes intended to achieve mass customization. Data from 220 manufacturers suggests that comprehensive IT use can enhance integration efforts with customers and suppliers and drive operational performance and mass customization, which lead to firm performance.
