Supply Chain Guru Based Research on Operating Mechanism and Capability of Logistics Services Supply Chain

Services is accounting for a growing proportion of economy. Enterprise competition has turned from products to services. Research on services supply chain is becoming more and more important. Based on the prior researches of logistics services supply chain, this paper provided the structure and operating mechanism of logistics services supply chain, as well as the transmission mechanism of logistics capability, After that, the model of Steel logistics services supply chain based on the simulation platform of Supply Chain Guru was proposed, and the simulation result of logistics capabilities for the supply chain by changing the transmission mechanism of information was presented. And finally, on the analysis of the simulation result of the model, this paper came to the conclusion that information has great impact on services supply chain and it can make services supply chain operating much better, and provided the measures how to improve the capabilities of service supply chain.
