EFFECT OF THE BASE SURFACE STATE OF HOT ROLLEDGALVANIZED SHEET BY SOLVENT METHODON THE COATING SURFACE QUALITY

At present, many companies like to thick galvanized sheet by solvent method. Because it canrnbe widely used in industry of building, cost of which is low and market competitive power of which isrnstrong. However, it is difficult to control the coating quality in production process. In this paper, testrnsample is prepared similar to the real production process of galvanizing by solvent method, it isrnadopted the means such as comparing with cold rolled sheet, man-made scratch and pit to enlargerndefect and so on, and it is especially analyzed effect of the base surface state on the coating surfacernquality，then it is further analyzed the forming reason in the sight of microcosmic.
