At present, Chinese school physical education work has made positive progress. However, in general, school physical education is still the weak link in the whole educational cause, especially in the implementation of school physical education policy. There are still some policy defects such as weak or inefficient implementation. The causes need to be clarified and countermeasures to be put forward. This study adopts literature data, mathematical statistics and other methods to analyze the factors restricting the implementation of school physical education policy in China, combined with the theory of "interactive adaption". On this basis, the research hypotheses of six second-order dimensions restricting the implementation of school physical education policy are proposed, and the conceptual model of restricting factors in school physical education policy implementation in China is constructed by using the structural equation model, and finally the solution path is proposed.
