Application of BIM Technology in Hospital Building Informationization Construction

In view of the low level of hospital building intelligent operation and maintenance management, this paper analyzes the current situation of hospital operation and maintenance informatization level, summarizes the importance of BIM operation and maintenance in hospital building fine management, and discusses the key technology of BIM operation and maintenance model construction. We design a BIM based architecture of information collaboration system for engineering projects, and analyze the functional modules of BIM information collaboration system. Combined with CSCW system model and web collaborative system model, the hospital engineering project information collaboration system architecture is constructed. Finally, through the hospital construction project case analysis, the feasibility of BIM based project information collaborative management is demonstrated, which provides reference and reference for engineering construction enterprises to better use BIM for project management.
