摘要

Our country is in the rapid transition period of social and economic development, college students generally face the problem that the psychological acceptance ability can not be balanced with the social pressure, which reflects the urgency and importance of life education in colleges and universities. The infiltration of life education into the ideological and Political Education of college students is in line with the inevitable trend of educating people in the new era, which can effectively promote the integrated development of ideological and political education and Life Education of college students, and achieve better all-round and integrated effect of educating people. This paper attempts to explore the path of life education from the perspective of resilience in positive psychology, and to provide support for the infiltration of Life Education in ideological and Political Education of college students.
