STUDY ON TACIT KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER MODEL IN INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER BASED ON THE EPIDEMIC MODEL

Industrial cluster has become the primary model for enterprise cooperation, and the key of it is to realize the knowledge transfer, especially the tacit knowledge transfer. Because tacit knowledge transfer in industrial cluster is very similar to the spread of infectious diseases, this paper formulated the epidemic model of knowledge transfer in one industrial cluster by applying the classical epidemic model (SIR model). Through the analyses model, the general regularity of the tacit knowledge transfer phenomena was studied. Furthermore, the paper analyzed how the main parameters influenced the solution of the transfer process and put forward some approaches to improve the efficiency of the tacit knowledge transfer.
