Analysis on the Approaches to the Construction of China's Soft Power

摘要

We analyzed the development of China's soft power, the possible approaches to the construction of China's soft power, using Joseph Nye's three dimension chess game model. There are primarily three approaches, that is, the innovation of China's traditional culture into modern elite and popular culture, the creation of universal value based on the harmonious world idea and the advance of public diplomacy also suggested by the harmonious world idea.
