Strategic Solution for Those SMEs in Quandary - Case Study from Television Manufacturing Sector in Zhejiang Province

Governments of various levels in Zhejiang Province have been placing an emphasis and supporting medium and small-size enterprises for many years. For that reason, medium and small-size enterprises in Zhejiang Province have been developed rapidly. However, these enterprises have been still weak and fragile and face challenges to survive and develop when confronted with increasing international and domestic competition. It is necessary for them to implement Niche strategy and realize the industrial transformation in order to pull themselves out of the present quagmire.
