A Research on FDI Negative Spillovers Effects——The Analysis on FDI Affects the Industrial Enterprise' Added Value rate of the Area of Zhejiang and Jiangsu Provinces

摘要

Many domestic empirical analysis on FDI technology spillovers thought FDI had positive spillovers effects on local enterprises. This paper researches whether FDI has positive effects on those enterprises of Zhejiang and Jiangsu Provinces efficiently or not from the point of industrial enterprise' added value rate. The research result indicates recent years' inflowing FDI of Zhejiang and Jiangsu Provinces couldn't promote industry added value rate of domestic enterprises. Current FDI technology spillovers have both the positive quantity and negative quality effects. Thus, promoting utilizing the quality of foreign capital should consider its effects on the improvement of local enterprises' technology and efficiency. Through promoting immateriality capital which is in favor of the local enterprises' value chain and brand construction and so on, this way can adjust the policies of making use of foreign capital and choose to import foreign capital projects.
