A STUDY ON KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF PRIVATE-RUN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES IN GD PROVINCE

摘要

As obtaining prominent position in private economy development, private-run science and technology enterprises (PRSTEs) are of great significance in contemporary China. The paper focuses on the issue of knowledge management (KM) in PRSTEs in GD province. By analyzing the present situation, the paper established an analysis model. It also put forward practical proposals for organizational learning and KM of PRSTEs in GD.
