Delicious and Profitable ---Evaluation of Profitability of Food Processing Listed Companies in China

摘要

Based on the financial data in 2019, of 47 listed companies of food processing, the paper constructs a profitability evaluation system including 8 financial indicators, and uses factor analysis to analyze the three ability dimensions of profit-earning, profit-quality, and profit-growth, to evaluate the profitability of the selected listed companies. The delicious foodstuffs and profitable ability both are the objectives of the listed companies of food processing. The measures to improve the profitability are given for the listed companies of food processing.
