The emergence and development of modern information technology and Internet + education have caused profound change and transformation in traditional education and teaching methods. It can enable education and teaching to overcome time and space barriers, open up a global knowledge transmission channel, and greatly improve the efficiency of education and teaching. Because the preschool teacher faces the special training group of children for their physical and mental development, they need to have professional qualities that are different from teachers in other stages. The kindergarten-based training aided by information technology-the live broadcast platform, information collection technology, information storage technology and network management platform has also produced a long-term effect on the development of preschool teachers' unique professional qualities: the live broadcast platform has realized the kindergarten-based training with multiple participation in reality and virtual, becoming a powerful measure for the professional development of preschool teachers; the targeted “problem diagnosis-style” kindergarten training based on information collection technology has become a shortcut for preschool teachers' professional knowledge and ability development; the kindergarten-based training of reproducibility and visibility which is based on information storage technology has become a booster for preschool teachers' lifelong learning and autonomous learning; the kindergarten-based training under the management of the network platform has established procedural records for each teacher, more scientific and effective. In short, the kindergarten-based training aided by information technology can effectively enhance the unique professional qualities of preschool teachers, thereby further affecting the growth of children and the improvement of the quality of kindergarten education.
