In the current technological era, companies compete to find new innovations to support the services they offer. Banking companies are constantly developing new innovations for the applications they need to make access and use easier and more practical. Since the chatbot is already widespread in order to be able to answer the information requested by users quickly and easily, this chatbot must be trained to respond more precisely to users. Next up is the well-known voice command that allows users to control applications using voice. This feature is very helpful for application users who are active in a very tight time. The two groundbreaking innovations mentioned above are expected to make loaders competitive in this technological age.
