A research on user satisfaction on the space of the township administration buildings

Most of the township level administration buildings of Taiwan are out-aged or fail to meet the needs of residents due to population pressure. Some of the township administration buildings were rebuilt or relocated once those were aged or overcrowded. This research is thus aimed to understand the factors that affected the satisfaction of the users and staffs of a township. As well the Delphi method, combined with the result from interviews, is incorporated within to detect the factors, which determine the satisfaction of administration building use. The conclusions derived from this research may be contributed to the physical architecture planning and design of township level administration buildings.
