In search of the right way to design: A strategic toolbox for SME industrial designers

摘要

The earlier result of his research showed that most Taiwanese SME designers were frustrated in innovations since it takes hard evidences to persuade their managements, but they are in lack of resources. Thus, this research proposed the SSFD model with ready templates to help them. This paper focused on the third stage of the SSFD Model, i.e. "The Stage of Strategy Formulation". It will help SME designers to prepare design strategies easier with very limited resources.
